Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location in the UK. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive tracking information via email. We offer standard and express delivery options.

You can pay securely using credit or debit cards through our Stripe payment system. For shared boxes, each participant pays separately for their chosen portions. Payment is required before the share is confirmed and delivery is arranged. We accept all major UK cards and payments are processed securely.

If you're not satisfied with your Semovita purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve any issues. For shared boxes, returns are handled individually per participant. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
