Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location in the UK. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive tracking information via email. We offer standard and express delivery options.
You can pay securely using credit or debit cards through our Stripe payment system. Your payment is taken immediately after you complete checkout, and for shared boxes each participant pays separately for their chosen portions. If the share does not complete before the deadline, your payment is refunded automatically. We accept all major UK cards and payments are processed securely.
If a share does not complete before the deadline, your payment is refunded automatically — no request needed. If you're not satisfied with a delivered Semolina, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
